One-time digital workflow purchases
For managed digital workflow purchases, email admin@illcoai.tech within 7 days if the product was not delivered as described. Include the purchase email, product name, checkout receipt, and the issue.
Work already delivered
Because digital workflows can involve setup, review, generated drafts, and delivered assets, completed or substantially delivered work is generally not refundable unless there is a clear fulfillment failure.
Subscriptions
Subscription offers can be canceled before the next billing period. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund previous periods already delivered or made available.
Checkout errors
If you were charged incorrectly, purchased the wrong offer, or did not receive access after payment, contact us promptly at admin@illcoai.tech.
Ad and business results
Refunds are not issued because a workflow does not produce a specific sales, revenue, lead, reply, or ad-platform result. ILLCO AI provides tools and managed workflows, not guaranteed outcomes.
