Information we collect

Contact details you provide, such as name, email address, company, and support messages.
Checkout and subscription details processed through Stripe, including product purchased, receipt status, and payment session metadata. We do not store full card numbers.
Workflow inputs you choose to submit for fulfillment, such as lead notes, business context, approved tone, and instructions.
Site and analytics data such as page views, campaign parameters, device/browser data, and checkout events.

How we use information

To process purchases, receipts, account access, and subscriptions.
To fulfill digital workflows, provide support, and improve product quality.
To measure advertising performance and diagnose site or checkout problems.
To prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or policy violations.

Sharing

We share data with service providers only as needed to run the business, including payment processing, hosting, analytics, email, and AI workflow providers. We do not sell customer contact lists.

Customer responsibilities

Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is required for the workflow. For lead-recovery products, only submit lead data you are permitted to use and contact under applicable law.
