What a video charge covers
Credits are reserved for one render attempt. A saved MP4 completes the charge. Failed attempts can release the reservation from your wallet; repeated release requests do not create extra credits. Browser video exports must be under 32 MB. Owner accounts render free.
Existing purchases and balances
Existing wallet balances receive a one-time 80% bonus. This preserves at least the old $9 per 500 credits retail value when moving to 100 credits per dollar. Unused separate $10 lyric-video purchases continue to work in the original renderer. New $10 top-ups started from the shared wallet add 1,000 credits.
Scope
The shared wallet covers the hosted Viral Stitch and Lyric Video Forge renderers, Groq Genie model and agent actions, MCP calls, and the connected VisualVoice credit bridge. External products, bring-your-own-key tools, custom services, and unconnected plugins are billed separately. Signing in does not automatically install a ChatGPT plugin.
Availability and limits
Viral Stitch offers a browser editor with optional AI suggestions from sparse frame samples, narration, timed transcription and approved karaoke captions. AI actions are charged separately at the rates above and refund provider failures. Requests are limited to 40 per account per UTC day. Project Sora catalog access is owner-only; customers can import their downloaded MP4s. Local Windows archives and Ollama are not hosted. Review every exported video. No tool guarantees virality or AI recommendations. Prices are retail references; unused credits are service credits and have no cash redemption.
