Eligible revenue. Commission applies only to products or services explicitly approved for the program and to net revenue actually collected, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, processing fees, pass-through costs, and prior purchases.
Attribution. The last valid affiliate code recorded within 30 days before the qualifying purchase receives credit. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, existing active opportunities, and unverifiable referrals are excluded.
Promotion. Affiliates must disclose the relationship, use accurate claims, and avoid spam, impersonation, misleading earnings claims, trademark bidding, forced clicks, or unauthorized coupon listings.
Payouts. The founding program uses manual monthly review. Approved balances of at least $50 are payable after the 30-day hold using an agreed supported method. Tax and identity information may be required.
Changes and termination. iLLCo AI may reject applications, remove abusive traffic, change eligible offers prospectively, or end participation. Final participation begins only after written approval and assignment of a referral code.
